Terms of Service.

This store is operated by TPF (Aust) P/L - ABN: 990 6060 3189, an official adidas distribution partner. It is not operated by adidas AG or its subsidiaries. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to TPF as the operator of this store, and "adidas" trademarks are used under our distribution partnership.

By accessing or using this site (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, a notification email to registered customers.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order on this site. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Tell us immediately at support@adidascustom.com.au if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or appear to be used fraudulently.

When using the Service, you must not:

upload content that breaches anyone's privacy or legal rights;

defame, harass, threaten, or offend anyone;

use the Service for any unlawful purpose;

introduce viruses, malware, or try to tamper with the Service;

use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service;

provide false or misleading information; or

use someone else's account or details without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach any of the above.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Listed prices may change at any time, but the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order - including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund the full amount within 5 business days.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Personalised items (custom logos, names, numbers, colours) are produced to your specification once you confirm the design. By approving a proof and acknowledging the website disclaimer, you confirm the artwork is correct, you have secured rights to use and reproduce any uploaded content, and the item is made for you specifically.

You remain responsible for ensuring that any content you ask us to apply (including your own artwork, and any club, team, school, or league logos, crests, or names) does not infringe third-party rights or breach any law, and that you are authorised to use and reproduce it.

We won't reproduce content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise unsuitable. See the disclaimer dialog you accept before placing a personalised order.

Delivery times, return windows, and refund eligibility are described in the in the Refund & Returns and Shipping Policy pages. Those documents form part of these terms.

The Service and all content on it (other than user-uploaded artwork) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to fulfil your order.

If you submit a review or any feedback to our site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for our business purposes, including marketing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We won't be liable for any delay or failure to meet our obligations under these terms where that delay or failure is caused by something reasonably beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Victoria, unless the law of your home state applies and gives you a non-excludable right to a different forum.

Before starting court proceedings about a dispute arising from these terms, you agree to first raise it with us and meet with one of our representatives (in person or by phone/video) within 14 days of you telling us about the dispute. If we can't resolve things at that meeting, either of us can refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Australian Disputes Centre.

This doesn't stop either of us seeking urgent injunctive relief where needed.
